Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Technical and/or engineering sales experience in refineries/petrochemical/pharmaceutical plants or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new leads; schedule introductory meetings and sales presentations through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Deliver professional, consultative sales services, including cross-selling and up-selling of company solutions.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships by providing product updates, innovative solutions, and continuous pre- and post-sales support.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge to collaborate with clients on engineering-based solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and recommend cost-effective improvements.
• Develop tailored sales materials and presentations showcasing product capabilities and technical value.
• Manage accounts across the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and deal closure to post-sales engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align and support sales initiatives.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and cost analyses.
