Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager for Revenue Planning & Performance. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses across airside concessions, including leasing activities and space optimisation.

Qualifications

Good degree in Accountancy/Business/Economics/Finance or related discipline.
Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and leasing is advantageous.
Ability to translate business drivers into clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support concession revenue budgeting and forecasting with leasing teams and stakeholders.
Monitor revenue performance, analyse variances, and develop financial models and scenarios.
Prepare management reports translating financial analysis into actionable insights for senior management.
Improve forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes for revenue planning.
Assist planning and leasing activities for selected concession categories and evaluate proposals.
