Job summary

The Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced commercial and revenue management professional to supervise the Pricing and Revenue Management team during airport development, regulatory review and commercial planning phases.

You will support aeronautical and non-aeronautical charges, revenue forecasting, budgeting and pricing-related submissions. You will lead defined workstreams, develop pricing policies, models and management papers, and coordinate internal and external

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or other relevant discipline.
Proficient in pricing, revenue management and financial analysis for aviation or related sectors.
Experience in developing pricing policies, models and business cases.

Responsibilities

Support and lead pricing and revenue management workstreams across aeronautical and non-aeronautical charges.
Develop pricing proposals, financial models and management papers for commercial or regulatory issues.
Coordinate stakeholders and prepare recommendations for senior management and external parties.
Benchmark pricing/practices against other airports to ensure competitiveness and financial sustainability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and revenue performance narratives.
