Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced commercial and revenue management professional who can provide strong day-to-day supervision to the Pricing and Revenue Management team during a key phase of airport development, regulatory review and commercial planning.

You will support pricing policy development, financial modelling and analysis, manage stakeholders, and prepare senior management recommendations to ensure competitive and financially sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or other relevant discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in aviation, commercial management, pricing, revenue management, regulatory economics or business strategy; managerial/stakeholder experience preferred.
• Able to develop pricing proposals, financial models and management papers on commercial or regulatory issues.
• Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis using Excel or similar systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of the Pricing and Revenue Management team.
• Develop pricing policies and proposals; perform financial modelling and scenario analyses.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders; prepare recommendations for senior management.
• Support benchmarking of pricing and revenue practices against other airports.
• Manage budgeting, tracking and reporting of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue streams.
