Job summary

LogicMonitor, based in Singapore, seeks a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support APAC sales operations. The role focuses on analytics, forecasting, data integrity, and process optimization using AI enhancements across Salesforce and related GTM systems.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years in revenue/sales operations, strong Salesforce expertise, and a data-driven mindset to drive efficiency, accuracy, and growth for direct and partner channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience with reporting and dashboards
• Knowledge of direct and indirect sales models (distributors/resellers/GSIs/MSPs)
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline analysis, bookings, ACV, ARR
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and PRM
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline, bookings, ACV, ARR, win rates, and channel revenue across direct and indirect channels.
• Support pipeline management, forecast accuracy, QBRs, and Annual Operating Planning (AOP).
• Assist direct sales, GSIs, distributors, resellers, and MSPs with deals and co-sell activities.
• Improve end-to-end sales processes, including opportunity management, quoting and renewals.
• Maintain data accuracy and dashboards across Salesforce, CPQ, PRM, and GTM platforms.
