Tiffany Singapore is seeking a Field Coach to partner with store leaders and retail teams to observe, coach, and deliver a consistent Tiffany client experience across the market. The role combines planning training sessions with high‑impact coaching to drive commercial results and strengthen brand ambassadors focused on clienteling and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail leadership and people development.
Ability to identify gaps and apply coaching and learning methodologies to train retail teams.
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact strategically with a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coach store teams to deliver Tiffany client experience on the sales floor.
Plan training sessions and provide on‑the‑job coaching with follow‑up to embed skills.
Update coaching logs and training records in LMS.
Partner with store leaders to identify opportunities through observation and dashboards.
Lead by example to foster a culture of coaching and feedback.
