Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre seeks a dedicated Senior Patient Service Associate to support clinic operations through backend administrative tasks. You will manage appointment scheduling, follow-up with patients, SOC referral coordination, data collation, and cross-coverage of duties as needed.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer literacy, and a service-oriented mindset. You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and may be required to work half-day

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic and healthcare systems.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, professional, and service-focused attitude.
• Able to work half-day on Saturdays.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate referrals to SOC and other healthcare services.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient care arrangements.
• Monitor referral status and ensure documentation and follow-up actions are completed.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform data collation, reporting, and maintenance of accurate records.
• Provide cross-coverage and operational support for team members when requires
