Singapore National Eye Centre invites a Senior / Nurse Manager to oversee the smooth operation of nursing activities in the assigned polyclinic. You will uphold professional standards and ensure staff compliance with infection control practices while conducting appraisals and developing nurses.

You will manage resources, resolve public relations issues, and collaborate with departments and community partners to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with post-graduate qualifications and relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and coach staff and lead in continuous improvement.
• Possess effective leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• The Senior / Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned polyclinic.
• Uphold professional standards and ensure staff compliance with Infection Control Practices.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals, oversee the professional development of the nurses and exercise control over utilisation of resources.
• Resolve public relations issues and provide service recovery when indicated.
• Collaborate with departments and community partners to facilitate delivery of care.
