MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a skilled engineer to develop and validate reliability test programs for HBM devices, analyze data, and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and cost reductions. The role emphasizes strong programming (Python/C++) skills and team-based execution.

You will tailor hardware specifications, perform validation/debug, and contribute to risk assessment and decision making in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of coding / programming languages such as Python / C++.
• Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies, with a focus on identifying root causes and exploring solution spaces.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
• Familiar with testing verification approach.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based projects, contributing to shared goals and outcomes.
• Clear and effective communication skills, especially when articulating technical concepts and findings.
• Performs hardware, software, semiconductor design or telecomm engineering assignments.

Responsabilités

• Writing and debugging test programs for HBM device and package qualification and ensuring full test coverage.
• Root cause understanding and resolution of reliability test program related issues.
• Promote innovation and drive changes that give Micron a technical edge.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Tech Development, HBM Design, System Development and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Use in-house statistical tools for engineering data analysis for validation and risk assessment.
• Define interface hardware specifications and validate new interface boards.
