Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a reliability-focused engineer to lead test flow development and quality-driven process improvements for HBM products in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Competenze

• Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based projects.

• Reliability Test Flow Development: Define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans to cover all Product Reliability aspects.
• Reliability Test Plan and Execution: Work with Global Quality to define qualification plan, manage execution progress, and drive for qualification gating issue resolution.
• DPM reduction: Drive down Extrinsic and Intrinsic Reliability through Optimized Manufacturing Test Flows and Test Strategy to meet KPI’s.
• Root Cause and Resolution of Qual and RMA Device Issues relating to defectivity and intrinsic reliability: Debug and identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Process Conversions and HVM: Provide recommendations to fab teams for new process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields.
• Risk Management: Communicate with Product Managers/Leads to manage risks in DPM process conversions.
• Promotion of Innovation: Promote innovation and drive changes for technical advantage.
• Project Management: Develop project management skills for timely delivery.
• Technical Decision Making: Make final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Fab, HBM Tech Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
• AI Strategy for Reliability: Identify high-leverage AI use cases using Claude code and AI platforms.
• Applied Machine Learning: Apply ML to reliability datasets for segmentation of fails and outliers.
• AI-First Mindset & Mentorship: Embed AI/automation into reliability workflows.
