You will tailor financial solutions, deepen relationships, and drive revenue by promoting deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing options.

You will conduct regular needs analyses, provide advisory services, and ensure compliance with AML/KYC standards while delivering exceptional client service and achieving individual targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in relationship management, retail banking, affluent banking, wealth management, or related financial services.

What You Will Be Doing

• Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in relationship management, retail banking, affluent banking, wealth management, or a related financial services environment.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, investments, bancassurance, and financing solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong consultative selling and financial advisory capabilities.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
