Job summary

RHB Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager for Commercial Banking to acquire and manage a portfolio of Middle Market clients, driving sustainable revenue growth and delivering high-quality client service while maintaining strict credit discipline.

You will lead business development, credit evaluation, and relationship management, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and uphold prudent risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking.
• Proven experience in end-to-end credit processing, evaluation, and appraisal.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-established business network within the mid-market or corporate segment is an advantage.
• Strong credit writing, loan structuring, and financial analysis skills, including cash flow modelling.

Responsibilities

• Sales initiation and business development to acquire and deepen Middle Market relationships.
• Lead end-to-end loan processing, credit evaluation, and ongoing risk monitoring.
• Provide market intelligence and collaborate with Product Team to maintain product competitiveness.
• Deliver proactive client servicing while upholding service standards and prudent risk management.
