Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of corporate banking experience.
• Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen.
• Candidate should also come with strong AML/KYC experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively.
• Resourceful individual, multitask oriented, energetic and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers through proactive engagement, relationship deepening, servicing, and cross-selling of banking solutions to achieve revenue and deposit growth targets.
• Understand customers' business needs and provide tailored banking solutions that balance commercial objectives with the Bank's risk appetite.
• Partner with product specialists, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including customer due diligence, AML/KYC reviews, risk assessments and account reviews.
• Maintain strong portfolio discipline by monitoring customer activities, identifying emerging risks, and escalating issues when needed.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while contributing to growth and profitability of the SME Banking franchise.
