Job summary

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited is seeking a Senior/Premier Relationship Manager to actively acquire Premier Banking Offshore customers from the Japan market, leveraging a strong network in the Japanese community and building lasting client relationships.

You will manage affluent clients with consultative financial analysis, up-sell and cross-sell, and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in banking/financial services, with affluent segment focus.
• Experience covering Japan market.
• Recognised university degree and CMFAS certification (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
• Knowledge of banking and investment products.
• Strong interpersonal and tele-consulting skills; able to work independently and in a team; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers from Japan market.
• Network in the Japanese community to grow customers.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with the Bank.
• Contribute to profit and growth targets.
• Manage relationships with affluent customers through consultative financial analysis.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide market information updates and trend analysis.
• Ensure superior customer service and overall customer experience.
