Job summary

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Project Operations Specialist to oversee regional system enhancements and monitor performance across multiple platforms. You will drive roadmap planning, conduct root-cause analyses, and coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include tracking development progress, analyzing usage data against KPIs, and preparing management reports. Experience with Jira is a plus and a detail-oriented communicator will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 3 years of experience in project operations, system coordination, or business analysis.
• Knowledge with project management tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap planning and prioritization of enhancements for regional systems based on business needs and user feedback.
• Conduct deep dives into pain points reported by subsidiaries across various systems and provide root cause analyses and recommendations.
• Track and monitor monthly man-hours and development progress across key regional systems, ensuring alignment with timelines and resource plans.
• Analyze monthly usage data and evaluate adoption progress of core systems by subsidiaries against KPIs; prepare PowerPoint & Excel reports summarizing project status, risks, and updates to management.
• Review and verify monthly invoices for vendor services; support annual review of vendor operations contracts.
• Provide ad hoc support for HQ-led surveys, including coordination, communication with subsidiaries, and data collection.
• Coordinate and support ad hoc training sessions.
