Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/PM or related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in project operations, system coordination, or business analysis.
• Knowledge with project management tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap planning and prioritization of enhancements for regional systems.
• Conduct deep dives into pain points reported by subsidiaries across systems.
• Track monthly man-hours and development progress across regional systems.
• Analyze monthly usage data and evaluate adoption progress against KPIs.
• Prepare PowerPoint & Excel reports on project status, risks, and updates.
• Review and verify monthly invoices for vendor services and ensure timely payment.
• Support annual review of vendor contracts to ensure alignment with performance and scope.
• Coordinate ad hoc training sessions and survey administration for HQ-led initiatives.
