Job summary

Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a detail-oriented Project Operations Specialist to support the efficient execution and monitoring of digital system operations across regional systems. You will drive roadmap planning, track monthly man-hours, analyze usage data, and prepare reports for management.

In addition, you will review vendor invoices, support HQ surveys, and coordinate ad hoc system trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, business or PM related field.
• 3 years of experience in project operations, system coordination, or business analysis.
• Knowledge with project management tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap planning and prioritization of enhancements for regional systems.
• Analyze pain points and provide root cause analyses with improvements.
• Track monthly man-hours and development progress across key systems.
• Analyze usage data and prepare management reports in PowerPoint/Excel.
• Review monthly vendor invoices and support contract reviews.
• Coordinate HQ surveys and support ad hoc system trainings.
