Job summary

Samsung Electronics aims to optimize service costs and drive performance across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Based at the Regional HQ, you will align with subsidiaries and HQ Korea to implement cost initiatives and provide management with clear insights for decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, regional coordination across multiple markets, and fluency in English and Korean to facilitate communications and governance. A senior operations background is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in service operations or cost management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP/Tableau is an advantage.
Excellent communication across functions, countries and subsidiaries.
Fluent in English and Korean for professional communication.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of regional service cost initiatives across SEAO subsidiaries.
Monitor cost KPIs and drive cost efficiency across markets.
Coordinate with HQ Korea and subsidiaries on guidelines and targets.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards showing status and risks.
Lead regional service operation projects and track progress.
