Job summary

Samsung Electronics is seeking an Online Operations Executive who will report to the Head of Insights and Operations (Online) and ensure seamless day-to-day eCommerce operations for Samsung.com and key marketplaces, including order processing, stock availability, refunds, and vendor coordination.

You will track KPIs, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and help drive a smooth customer experience across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, order fulfillment, or vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in eCommerce tools and platforms, as well as order management systems (OMS), inventory management software, and data reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment activities, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays or cancellations.
• Manage inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels, handling out-of-stock issues, and coordinating replenishment with product units.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve payment-related issues and manage order refunds and cancellations.
• Drive trade-in program execution by resolving customer issues and coordinating with vendors.
• Validate vendor invoices, reconcile transactions, and ensure compliance with SLAs to prevent billing discrepancies.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline operations and reduce errors.
• Support fraud detection by flagging anomalies and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
