As the Regional Service Cost & Management Support Manager, you will support service cost strategy, operational performance and management initiatives across Samsung’s Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO) region. Based in the Regional HQ, you will work closely with subsidiaries and HQ Korea to drive service cost efficiency, coordinate regional service operations and provide management with clear insights to support business decisions. The role also serves as a key business coordinator between HQ Korea and regional subsidiaries, with Korean and English used regularly for business communication and coordination.
Support the development and execution of regional service cost initiatives across SEAO subsidiaries.
Monitor service cost KPIs, identify cost efficiency opportunities and support savings initiatives across markets.
Work with subsidiaries to define, track and deliver indirect cost-saving projects and targets.
Coordinate with subsidiaries and HQ on Component Repair guidelines, and monitor jig and parts availability for new model component repair.
Identify and resolve component repair-related issues across the region.
Manage Multi Parts Usage (MPU) initiatives to identify opportunities for direct service cost savings.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and provide operational insights to support management decision-making.
Consolidate operational and performance data into dashboards and monthly reports covering overall status, project progress, risks and opportunities.
Analyze service performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams, subsidiaries, HQ and relevant external partners to resolve service operation issues.
Support the development and refinement of service processes, and monitor implementation and adoption across subsidiaries.
Support regional MX Samsung Care+ operations, monitoring key operational KPIs and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
Collaborate with subsidiaries and HQ to support program stability, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Track program progress, highlight key issues and opportunities, and provide regular updates to management.
Support early monitoring and reporting for new model launches, including defect ratios and other relevant quality indicators.
Prepare quality performance reports for management and key stakeholders.
Lead or contribute to regional service operation projects and other initiatives as assigned by management.
Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive timely completion of key activities.
Track project progress, identify issues and risks, and communicate proposed solutions and next steps to management.
Support regional initiatives that improve service operations, cost efficiency and overall business performance.
Bachelor’s degree required, with 8+ years of relevant experience in service operations, cost management, project management, process improvement or a related field.
