Job summary

Sephora in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Regional Space Planning to optimise store space through analysis, floor plans and planograms, while leading a small team and collaborating with Market Merchandising and Regional VM.

You will conduct quarterly reviews, guide store layouts for new and renovated locations, and translate data insights into actionable space planning strategies to boost productivity across SEA stores.

Qualifications

• About 8 years of experience in space planning preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining floor plans and planograms to maximize productivity.
• Strong numerical aptitude to process and analyze complex data.
• Experience leading a team and operating in a matrix environment.
• Experience developing and improving framework and ways of working to support an evolving business context.
• Ability to translate data insights and category strategy into space planning strategy.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the use of available space through comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain floor plans and planograms across all categories to maximise productivity.
• Set clear principles on in-store zoning and planogram guidelines.
• Lead quarterly brand/ range reviews, SKU optimization and rationalization sessions.
• Support bi-yearly review of brands with productivity analysis for retrofit planning.
• Full management responsibility including management of a team of 2.
• Collaborate with Market Merchandising and Regional VM for in-store execution.
• Provide floor planning guidance for new and renovated stores.
