Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Regional Assistant Manager, Inventory Optimization to strengthen the demand planning function and establish a top-performing team across SEA. Based in Singapore, the role focuses on inventory analysis, RTV negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Brands and Regional Category Managers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain, with 5+ years in Planning or Supply Chain, and strong Excel, VBA, Power BI, and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power BI, and SAP experience are advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Analysis and Return Opportunity Identification across SEA: identify return opportunities for unhealthy stocks while considering store openings, promotions, seasonality and lifecycle.
• Lead RTV negotiations with external brand partners and coordinate with Local Supply Chain and Logistics for timely execution of returns.
• Develop and deliver reporting on RTV status and drive regional reduction of aging stock.
