Sephora SEA is seeking a Manager, Regional Space Planning to optimise store space through analysis and planning across SEA markets. You will lead floor plans, planograms, and quarterly range reviews, collaborating with Market Merchandising and Regional VM to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• About 8 years of space planning experience in retail or beauty.
• Proven track record developing floor plans and planograms.
• Ability to analyse space efficiency and drive store performance.
• Experience leading range reviews, SKU optimization, and rationalisation.
• Experience leading a team in a matrix environment.
• Strong numerical aptitude to translate data into strategy.
• Familiarity with design software for floor plans is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Optimize space usage and planograms across categories.
• Develop and maintain floor plans and planograms to max productivity.
• Lead quarterly brand/range reviews and SKU optimization.
• Collaborate with Market Merchandising and Regional VM for execution.
