Job summary

Sephora SEA seeks an Regional Assistant Manager, Inventory Optimization to boost stock efficiency across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. You will lead RTV negotiations, align with regional planning, and deliver strategic inventory reduction plans while collaborating with Brands and Category Managers.

The role focuses on identifying return opportunities, optimizing aging stock, and delivering robust RTV reporting across the SEA region, with Singapore as the base and travel within SEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain required.
• 5+ years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power BI, and SAP experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inventory analysis across SEA regions to identify return opportunities and manage aging stock.
• Lead RTV negotiations with brand partners and coordinate with Local Supply Chain for execution.
• Monitor stock performance via Days on Hand and other KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
