Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Manager, Regional Space Planning to optimise store space through thoughtful analysis and strategic recommendations.

You will develop floor plans and planograms across categories, lead quarterly range reviews and SKU optimisation, and collaborate with Market Merchandising and Regional VM to ensure consistent brand layout across SEA stores, including new and renovated locations.

Qualifications

• About 8 years of experience in space planning in retail or beauty.
• Experience developing floor plans and planograms to maximise productivity.
• Strong numerical aptitude to process and analyze complex data.
• Experience leading a team in a matrix environment.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Optimize space usage with floor plans and planograms across categories.
• Lead quarterly brand/range reviews and SKU optimization.
• Collaborate with Market Merchandising and Regional VM for execution.
• Provide floor planning guidance for new and renovated stores.
• Manage a team of 2 and plan for future needs.
