Sephora is seeking an Regional Assistant Manager, Inventory Optimization to strengthen RTV processes and drive inventory reductions across SEA. You will review stock levels, collaborate with the Regional Planning Team, and lead negotiations with brands to optimize returns.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in planning or supply chain, and advanced Excel/BI tooling. Based in Singapore with regional travel and cross-functional exposure across SEA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power BI, and SAP experience are advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative, continuous improvement, and a client-centric mindset.

Aufgaben

• Actively review Inventory holdings (active, excess, discontinued stocks) across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to identify return opportunities.
• Factor in Commercial variables such as store openings, promotions, animations, seasonality, trends and products lifecycle.
• Review the RTV calendar to prioritize key brands to achieve regional depreciation targets.
• Collaborate with the Regional Planning Team to align on return proposals and formulate joint inventory reduction plans.
• Deliver reporting and analysis on the status of RTV operations across the SEA region.
• Lead RTV negotiations with external brand partners and finalize returns agreements and action plans.
• Partner with Local Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of finalized returns.
• Foster robust communication channels to ensure returns are completed.
• Defines action plans to improve processes, methods and tools, and monitor their implementation.
