• Identify and generate leads to develop a strong pipeline and achieve success on your desk.
• Collaborate across your team and the wider business sharing information and supporting cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by establishing and executing SMART goals and plans.
• Initiate, develop and manage client business relationships and provide excellent service to our clients and candidates alike.
• Build a specialist proposition and talent pool to engage potential clients.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives to elevate your profile as a specialist recruiter through blogs, events, media, and marketing collaterals.
• Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines.
