Job summary

Career International 科锐国际 in Singapore is seeking a results‑driven Recruitment Consultant to act as a bridge between clients and candidates. You will use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients and visit them to build relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of recruitment experience, can work under pressure to achieve sales targets, and communicate well in English; Mandarin bilingual applicants are preferred to liaise with

Qualifications

• Self-driven and sales oriented.
• Ambitious, mature and self motivated.
• Preferably 1+ year of experience in recruitment.
• Able to work under pressure to achieve sales target.
• Candidates with corporate sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
• Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Attractive remuneration with good commission structure given.

• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
• Track applicants and billings through the internal applicant tracking system (Training will be provided).
