Job summary

OKX Singapore is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with APAC leadership on mid to senior-level hiring. You will own direct sourcing, build talent pipelines, and manage the full candidate experience in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• In-house recruiting experience with a track record for mid to senior-level roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to consult, negotiate and engage with diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing competing priorities and multiple teams toward hiring goals.
• Fluency in English and Chinese to collaborate across APAC regions.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers as a subject matter expert on APAC talent market.
• Drive direct sourcing and headhunting from brief to close.
• Build and execute talent attraction and pipeline development strategies.
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core recruitment practice.
