Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior Recruiter to source top talent across Asia Pacific. You will be the face of recruiting, the first point of contact for candidates, and pivotal in turning great candidates into Datadog employees.

We value a hybrid work model and you will partner with org leaders, manage multiple roles, and optimize interview processes and our ATS (Greenhouse) usage to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt, identify, screen, and assess talent while ensuring qualifications match open roles.
• Partner with org leaders across Asia Pacific to plan hiring across multiple business units.
• Develop pipelines for active and passive candidates for roles of varying complexity.
• Refine messaging and job descriptions to improve candidate attraction and employer branding.
• Stay up to date with recruiting strategies and market changes.
• Ensure an excellent interview experience with high-touch relationships.
• Improve recruitment processes and lead interview training; master our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in recruiting and people team.

Job description

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for finding the best talent for our team across Asia Pacific; you will be the face of recruiting at Datadog! You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates, telling the Datadog story and ultimately turning great candidates into great employees.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively hunt, identify, screen, and assess talent while ensuring their qualifications match the open roles
• Partner closely with org leaders across the region to strategically plan for hiring across multiple business orgs
• Develop strategies to build and fill active and passive talent pipelines in order to tackle roles of varying complexity, while hiring at a high volume
• Develop ideas to pivot messaging, job descriptions, or any external facing content/events to help impact our ability to acquire talent
• Stay on top of the latest recruiting strategies, market movements, and company changes
• Ensure candidates and hiring managers have an excellent interview experience by creating and fostering high touch relationships with all
• Enhance our recruitment process through revamping interview practices, training interview teams, and becoming an expert at our ATS, Greenhouse
• Proactively solve for challenges across the region and work closely with xfn partners within recruiting and overall people team.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting for roles preferably for tech companies
• Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
• Superior at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates
• Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
• Able to successfully navigate an ever-changing process
