Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Manager, Asset Engineering (Power & Services) to lead a team ensuring rail assets are safe, reliable, and available across their lifecycle. You will oversee asset management, maintenance, safety, and operational performance, working with Rail Operators to feed O&M insights back to design divisions for ongoing RTS improvements.

You will review medium and low voltage power designs, witness testing and handovers, and monitor asset condition,

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical Power Engineering.
• 8+ years in design, installation, operation and maintenance of high/low voltage traction power systems.
• Knowledge of railway work environment and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure asset safety, reliability and availability.
• Oversee asset management, maintenance and safety oversight.
• Collaborate with Rail Operators to feed O&M insights to design divisions.
• Review designs of MV/traction power and LV reticulation systems.
• Witness testing, commissioning and handover of new assets.
• Monitor asset condition, reliability, and obsolescence strategies.
• Apply AI and digitalisation knowledge to asset management.
