Job summary

The LTA Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Executive / Engineer in Asset Management (Renewal & Planning) to lead the renewal strategy for MRT/LRT assets. You will oversee the assessment of assets, develop long-term renewal plans, and coordinate funding for critical replacements, ensuring high reliability and availability across the network.

Qualifications

Knowledge of railway engineering and systems, including renewal planning.
Experience with renewal planning, site coordination and installation works.
Self-motivated, professional, and objective in duties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for higher appointments.

Responsibilities

Manage RTS assets to ensure optimum performance and life-cycle value.
Act as gate-keeper to maintain reliability and availability of MRT/LRT systems.
Lead surveys of railway stations and tunnels; develop renewal methodology.
Utilise life-cycle models to develop long-term asset renewal plans and cash flow.
Prepare, submit and coordinate funding for asset replacement projects.
Develop master asset replacement plan and MYC submissions.
Support governance and stakeholder engagement for asset renewals.
