Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a senior asset management professional to oversee RTS assets, ensuring reliability and optimal lifecycle management across MRT/LRT networks. You will lead renewal planning, secure funding approvals, and coordinate cross‑functional teams with PTOs and LTA divisions.

The role focuses on developing long‑term asset renewal strategies, managing multi‑year cash flows, and driving governance to extend asset life while balancing performance and cost.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory, managerial or leadership experience.
• Knowledge in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Rail Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience with renewal planning and asset lifecycle strategies is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to develop asset replacement plans for the RTS network.
• Coordinate asset replacement/renewal projects to ensure timely delivery and funding alignment.
• Develop and manage a master asset replacement plan with realistic cash flow.
• Develop, manage and monitor multiyear cash flow submissions for renewal programmes.
• Establish processes for asset renewal and governance to support long-term reliability and performance.
