Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) invites applications for a Senior/Assistant Project Engineer, Rail (Power Supply System) in Singapore. You will join the project team to inspect and supervise construction activities, ensuring safety, progress and quality while coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders.

You will contribute to documenting site progress, attending meetings, and supporting regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical / Power Engineering.
• Engineering experience and knowledge of Power Supply System and power electronics.
• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform shift work including weekends.
• Senior candidates will be considered; those without experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and supervise construction activities to ensure safety, progress and quality of work comply with contract and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress of contractor site activities to ensure timely completion from delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the system.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to discuss project issues and site-related matters.
• Maintain proper records by drafting daily and weekly reports for submission.
