Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a senior asset renewal leader to manage RTS assets, ensure high reliability of MRT/LRT systems, and oversee lifecycle decisions.

You will lead a team, develop asset replacement plans, coordinate funding approvals, and drive renewal programmes with PTOs and Engineering, Projects, Finance, Procurement and Policy to deliver sustainable 30-year strategies.

Qualifications

• Senior asset management or renewal planning experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to translate technical insights into long-term renewal strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage asset renewal planning for RTS assets over the next 30 years.
• Develop and coordinate asset replacement plans, renewals, and funding approvals.
• Oversee master asset replacement and multiyear cash flow planning.
• Collaborate with PTOs and multiple LTA divisions to implement renewal programmes.
• Provide leadership and drive continuous improvement in renewal practices.
