Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a senior leader to manage RTS assets, ensuring reliability and longevity through lifecycle management and renewal planning. You will oversee asset renewal programmes, secure funding approvals, and guide cross‑functional teams.

As a team leader, you will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with PTOs and divisions, and develop strategies for 30‑year asset replacement and sustainable cash flows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Rail-related disciplines.
• Experience leading teams and managing renewal planning and asset governance.
• Strong ability to translate technical insights into renewal strategies and funding requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the asset replacement plan for the next 30 years with focus on renewal projects.
• Prepare, submit and obtain funding approvals for asset replacement initiatives.
• Coordinate renewal projects to ensure timely delivery and realistic cash flows.
• Develop and monitor multi-year cash flow submissions for renewals.
