Job summary

Elitez Asia Việt Nam is seeking a Specialist Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management on engineering and construction projects in Singapore. The role focuses on cost control, budget reporting, and contractual administration to protect project value and compliance.

The successful candidate will work with project managers, finance and operations, ensuring stakeholders understand contractual requirements and assisting with variations, cost forecasting, and commercial issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or commercial administration within the engineering and construction sector.
• Strong working knowledge of engineering and construction industry practices.
• Demonstrated understanding of contract structures, cost control mechanisms, and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, tracking, and management of project cost reports, budgets, and financial tracking systems.
• Oversee daily contract documentation and maintain accurate administrative workflows across assigned projects.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to identify, manage, and resolve contractual issues, variations, and commercial challenges.
• Ensure internal and external stakeholders clearly understand and comply with contractual requirements.
• Perform additional commercial duties and special assignments as directed by commercial leadership.
