Job summary

ASIA PROJECTS ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support contract administration, budgeting, and claims processing on ongoing projects in Singapore. You will review subcontractor and supplier claims, prepare payment certificates, and attend site and progress claim meetings.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree or higher in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years in the built environment, possess strong English communication, and be able to work independently with

Qualifications

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in built environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Be adaptable and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract administration, budget control, prepare progress claims and liaise with Client’s representative on claims and variation costs.
• Call quotations, evaluate price comparisons and prepare bill of quantities for tender submission.
• Review and verify Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates.
• Attend site meetings and progress claim meetings.
• Monitor project income and expenditure.
