HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Senior) to strengthen cost control on commercial and corporate projects. You will prepare estimates, review tenders, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.

This role offers the opportunity to own project costing, monitor budgets, and support junior QS team members while expanding your portfolio in the built environment. Salary up to SGD 6,800/month dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• At least 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience preferred.
• Experience handling QS activities from pre-tender to final account is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions.
• Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for valuations.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost performance.
• Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Provide guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors where required.
