Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support budgeting and decision making with cost comparisons, quotations, and take‑offs for accurate project costing.

The candidate should have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with 5+ years of main contractor experience, strong negotiation and contract administration skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines. Five‑day work week in a premier company.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its relevant.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in main contractor companies
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, administer contracts, and manage variation orders
• Independent with meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proactive team player capable of meeting tight deadline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons to support project budgeting and decision‑making
• Obtain quotations and negotiate terms with sub‑contractors and suppliers to secure favorable contracts
• Measure quantities and perform take‑offs accurately to ensure precise project costing
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements, and sub‑contractor payments to maintain financial control
• Perform all other quantity surveying tasks necessary to support project delivery and contract administration
