Job summary

L&M FOUNDATION SPECIALIST PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to coordinate tendering processes, prepare cost estimates, and compile quotations for submission.

You will review drawings, liaise with clients and subcontractors, source quotes, and maintain records while working under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• : Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• : Relevant experience in construction.
• : Proficient in MS Office.
• : Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and cost estimates in a timely manner.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in accordance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
• Review tender specifications, drawings, and contract requirements for costing purposes.
• Respond promptly to quotation requests and general email enquiries from clients and consultants.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on tender and quotation matters.
• Engage clients via phone calls and correspondence to gather information and follow up on tender progress with main contractors.
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors where required.
• Undertake general administrative duties, including the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation relating to tenders, quotations, and project costing.
• Assist in cost comparison, budget monitoring, and tender evaluation exercises where required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
