Job summary

VICO CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle procurement, cost analysis, and contract evaluation for construction projects.

You will obtain quotations, compare vendors, prepare progress claims and variations, monitor budgets, and support tendering activities while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma / Degree, preferably in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• Relevant experience in Construction will be added advantage.
• Experience in project management or project coordination with A1 contractor is preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in teams with minimum supervision.

• Source for new vendors and perform cost comparisons.
