Job summary

talentvue pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the company-wide quality function in Singapore. You will drive compliance with national and international standards, oversee both incoming and outgoing quality processes, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will manage Quality and Laboratory teams, set KPIs, and coordinate internal and external audits, while collaborating with production to resolve issues and improve quality performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Food manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures and standards (e.g., Kaizen, Lean).
• Ensure raw material and finished goods meet internal specs and customer requirements.

• Monitor and report quality performance via control charts and statistical analysis.
