Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for the QA Assistant Manager role based in Senoko.

You will supervise QAQC personnel, maintain manuals, and drive certification renewals to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance. You will monitor KPIs, oversee export documentation, audits, and liaise with authorities. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Food Science and has 2–3 years of leadership, with FSSC and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• FSSC Certification and Food Safety Certification Level 3 are required.
• HACCP awareness and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QAQC personnel and departmental operations.
• Maintain QAQC manuals, procedures, forms and process flow diagrams.
• Manage certification renewals (FSSC, Healthier Choice, Vegan and other relevant certifications).
• Conduct GMP internal audits, management reviews and follow up on audit findings.
• Oversee non-conforming goods, product label approvals and export documentation.
• Handle export health certificates, registration and technical requirements.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, budget and staff timesheets.
• Represent QAQC in operational meetings and certification/authority audits.
