Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Manager to oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control and FSMS across production, warehouse and R&D. You will drive audits, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

The role requires leading QA/QC teams, managing incidents and recalls, and fostering a strong quality culture within the organisation. Strong leadership and HACCP/GMP knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC or Food Safety in food manufacturing.
• Experience with FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000 environments.
• FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 Internal Auditor certification.

Mansioni

• Lead QA, QC and cross-functional teams with Production to ensure quality standards.
• Establish KPIs, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Promote strong food safety, hygiene and quality culture company-wide.
• Maintain and improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) per standards and export rules.
• Implement SOPs, GMP, allergen control and HACCP procedures.
