Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA Manager to lead daily on-site quality inspections across production and retail outlets in Tukang, Singapore. You will oversee hygiene checks, lab scheduling, and corrective actions to maintain food safety compliance.

You will develop and refine SOPs, manage QA records, and coordinate internal and external audits while ensuring alignment with SFA regulations and Halal requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct daily on-site quality inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures across production and retail outlets.
• Conduct and supervise personal hygiene checks, product quality assessments, and sample retention procedures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor laboratory testing and sampling schedules in accordance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse test results and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions for deviations or non-conformities.
• Implement and continuously improve the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) for relevant operations.
• Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Work with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards during audits and external inspections.
• Develop and update food safety training materials to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with company policies and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate quality and food safety risks through proactive preventive measures.
• Communicate quality-related issues, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
