STMicroelectronics in Singapore seeks a Senior Shift Maintenance Engineering Lead to manage a team of Shift Maintenance Engineers and Assistant Maintenance Engineers in our Wafer Fab manufacturing operation. You will set direction, develop skills, and ensure equipment runs with high yield, low defects, and reliable uptime.

You will collaborate with external suppliers and other sites, drive cost‑effective improvements, deliver technical training, and uphold safety standards.

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven ability to drive equipment efficiency and yield.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
