STMicroelectronics PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineering Lead to manage a team of shift engineers in a Wafer Fab manufacturing operation. You will establish common objectives, develop staff, and drive high-performance equipment reliability and yield.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, technical leadership, and cost-conscious engineering to sustain quality and throughput. Strong English communication and stakeholder liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with AMAT and/or Novellus semiconductor tools.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analysis skills.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and liaise with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of Shift Maintenance Engineers and Assistant Maintenance Engineers.
• Drive equipment engineering to meet manufacturing parameters and quality targets.
• Provide technical support and liaison with external suppliers and other sites.
