Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an Equipment Engineer in Singapore to support wafer fab maintenance and reliability programs, ensuring equipment operates within specification.

You will lead corrective and preventive maintenance activities, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and contribute to safety, quality and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
• Experience in semiconductor/wafer fab equipment is advantageous.
• Experience with wafer prober preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety, schedule, quality and ecology specifications.
• Perform and follow up corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Supervise shift PM team to ensure tasks meet specifications.
• Perform and follow up with preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Implement and follow up on equipment improvement and reliability programs.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party suppliers for parts and services.
