You will manage a team of maintenance staff, plan technical support for tools, and translate production and engineering requirements into actionable maintenance tasks to meet targets.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Wafer Fabrication Industrial.
• Familiar with LAM Rainbow, 4520XLE, Exelan HPT or AMAT SuperE Tools Set.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control, reliability improvement, and operational excellence.
• Leadership capability to coach, support, and develop maintenance staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead a group of Maintenance staffs to achieve best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.
• Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support staffs.
• Translate Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve targets in manufacturing parameters.
